KaziLearn

How it works

From enrolment to evidence. By design.

KaziLearn carries a course from authoring to accredited certificate, backed by offline delivery, live classrooms and analytics that prove training worked.

Learning session

For learners

From course to certificate in four steps.

Step 01

Find your course

Browse the accredited marketplace by CPD body, subject, delivery mode and price, or get enrolled directly by your organisation.

Step 02

Pay with M-Pesa

Step 03

Video, reading, SCORM and live classroom lessons. Download lessons for offline study. Progress syncs when you reconnect.

Step 04

Earn proof

Pass the assessments and receive a tamper-evident certificate. CPD credits post automatically to your professional body.

For L&D teams and institutions

Run learning like an operation.

Step 01

Build your course

Author modules and lessons with the built-in editor: text, HLS video, SCORM packages, documents and quizzes with question banks.

Step 02

Configure accreditation

Attach CPD credit values, or register the course as a TVET programme with a TVETA code, qualification level and approved assessors.

Step 03

Deliver and manage

Publish, enrol learners or run instructor-led cohorts with module gating, live classrooms, forums and at-risk alerts.

Step 04

Prove the impact

Kirkpatrick L1-L4 analytics: learner reaction, learning gain, manager-verified behaviour change and business KPI ROI.

Under the hood

Why a KaziLearn certificate can be trusted.

1. Immutable records

Submitted quiz attempts, competency verifications and issued certificates can never be edited. They are locked at the database level.

2. Tamper evidence

Every certificate PDF is hashed with SHA-256 at issuance. Verification recomputes the hash, so an altered certificate can never show as valid.

3. Accredited pipelines

CPD credits flow to professional bodies with idempotent submissions, and TVET certificates require a registered assessor's signed verification.
